1.  Dramatic Theater - New Play, "Falls for Jodie," Opens at Guild Hall

"Falls for Jodie" by Eric Micha Holmes will be performed March 6 to 17, 2019; Wednesdays through Saturdays at 8 p.m. and on Sundays at 2 p.m.

"Falls for Jodie" is an imaginative peering into John Hinckley's life during a transformative time before he attempted to assassinate then US President Ronald Reagan. The fictitous look, based on actual events, has the audience getting to know Hinckley as he attempts to court actress Jodie Foster as a Yale student, his fateful decision to purchase a gun, and the role the friendship with a hotel concierge may have played in Hinckley's life.

The play is recommended for ages 13 and up as the performance contains strong language. Seats are limited as the audience watches the play from the stage set around the action. Early arrival is encouraged. No intermission. Tickets are $20 ($18 Members) and $10 Students. Buy tickets online by clicking here. Presented at the John Drew Theater at Guild Hall, 158 Main Street, East Hampton, NY 11937. www.guildhall.org.
