This weekend is a busy one for art on the East End. Exhibitions open in Amagansett, Bridgehampton, Cutchogue, East Hampton, Montauk, Quogue and Southampton. SILAS MARDER GALLERY - “Solo Show by Mica Marder” has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 4 to 8 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through October 17. The Reception includes music by the Peter Watrous Trio from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. In the exhibition Marder will show large-scale assemblage fish created with found objects. THE WHITE ROOM GALLERY - “Book Signing of Angels in Africa” by Beth O’Donnell takes place on Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. The exhibition “Beth O’Donnell & Ann Brandeis” remains on view through September 7. POLLOCK-KRASNER HOUSE & STUDY CENTER - “Artists on Film Series” begins on September 4 at 7 p.m. with “E de K: A Portrait,” “An Elaine de Kooning Tribute,” and “Dogwood Maiden.” In conjunction with the exhibition, “Elaine de Kooning Portrayed,” this year’s film series focuses on portraiture in film. THE SOUTH STREET GALLERY - “Coffee with Ron Barron” takes place on Monday at 10 a.m. Ron will talk about his scanned digital collages from the "Adrift" series that are being exhibited for the first time in Greenport. DEPOT ART GALLERY - "The 2015 Photo Show" has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through September 14. QUOGUE LIBRARY GALLERY - “Fulvio Massi: On the Wall” has an Opening Reception this evening (Thursday) from 5 to 6:30 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through September 28.
