The Hamptons Art Scene is jumping! Sag Harbor is the place to be tonight with Artwalk Hamptons kicking off its weekend-long presentation of gallery walks and "MADE In Sag Harbor" opening tonight at the Sag Harbor Whaling Museum. The rest of the weekend is no slouch with plenty of art events and art openings happening all weekend long. Here's the info you need to plan your weekend of art:

AMAGANSETT 

ILLE ARTS GALLERY - “Landscapes: Parallel Visual Journals” has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 5 to 8 p.m. The show features the work of Kamilla Talbot and Jonathan Smith, a video by Rick Liss, and photographs from the estate of Harry H. Lunn Jr. The show was curated by Flo Lunn. The exhibition remains on view through July 15. The gallery is located at 216a Main Street, Amagansett, NY 11930. www.illearts.com

ARTWALK HAMPTONS - “Art Tour” takes place on Saturday at 5 p.m. Meet at Neoteric Fine Art at 208 Main Street in Amagansett. The walking tour of Amagansett galleries is led by Scott Bluedorn, gallery director of Neoteric. Suggested donation is $20. Self-guided tours are free. BRIDGEHAMPTON

PETER MARCELLE GALLERY - “Cornelia Foss: New Paintings” has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through July 9. The gallery is located at 2411 Main Street, Bridgehampton, NY 11932. www.petermarcellecontemporary.com

EAST HAMPTON/SPRINGS 

ARTWALK HAMPTONS - “Art Tour” takes place on Saturday at 5 p.m. Meet at Lawrence Fine Art at 37 Newtown Lane, East Hampton. The walking tour of East Hampton galleries is led by artist Melissa Mapes. ASHAWAGH HALL - "Body of Work IX" opens on Saturday with an Opening Reception from 5 to 8 p.m. Participating artists include Rosalind Brenner, Linda Capello, Michael Cardacino, Ellen Dooley, Anthony Lombardo, Phil Marco, Michael McDowell, Douglas Reina, Frank Sofo, and Margaret Weissbach. The exhibition remains on view through June 30. GLENN HOROWITZ BOOKSELLER - “Matthew Brannon: Midlife Crisis Intermission” has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. The artist will exhibit 13 letterpress prints produced in conjunction with his new book, Mr. Brett Easton Ellis/Mr. Matthew Brannon. LAWRENCE FINE ART - “Harriette Joffe: RiverJazz and All That Stuff” has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 4 to 6 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through July 15. LONGHOUSE RESERVE - “White and Black: Richard Kalina in Conversation with Jack Youngerman” takes place on Saturday at 6 p.m. Kalina, a longtime friend of sculptor Jack Youngerman, will host a Q&A and commentary on the life and work of the artist. POLLOCK-KRASNER HOUSE AND STUDY CENTER- “Nicolas Carone: The East Hampton Years” has an Opening Reception and Gallery talk on Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m. Carone’s sons Claude and Christian will discuss their father’s works on view in the gallery. RIVERHEAD

SUFFOLK COUNTY HISTORICAL MUSEUM - “Material, Form and Process - The Furniture of David N. Ebner” has an Opening Reception today (Friday) from 6 to 8 p.m. Works on view include 20 pieces of furniture created by Ebner, as well as his drawings and designs. The exhibition remains on view through September 28.

“Dennis Puleston: Explorer, Naturalist and Artist” has an Opening Reception today (Friday) from 6 to 8 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through September 28. Puleston was one of the founders of the Environmental Defense Fund as well as a painter and photographer. On view will be 250 of Puleston’s bird paintings, his awards, journals, and photographs.

ARTWALK HAMPTONS - “Art Tour”  takes place today (Friday) at 5 p.m. The walking tour begins at Richard J. Demato Fine Art at 90 Main Street, Sag Harbor. ROMANY KRAMORIS GALLERY - “Power and Protection: Bully Proof Vests” by Linda Stein has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m. Stein’s vests feature heroic and feminist icons in order to empower the wearer and address issues of strength and justice in contemporary culture.

“Finding Art V: The Artwork of Jorge Silveira and Stephen Palmer” has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m. Silveira will exhibit new, colorful found object art, and Palmer will exhibit multi-media found object fish sculptures. SAG HARBOR WHALING & HISTORIC MUSEUM - “Made in Sag Harbor” has an Opening Reception tonight (Friday) from 6 to 8 p.m. Exhibiting artists include Claudia Aronow, Terry Elkins, Eric Ernst, Eric Fischl, Alfonso Ossorio, Dan Rizzie, Donald Sultan, Mike Viera, Gavin Zeigler, and others. PARRISH ART MUSEUM - “Jazz en Plein Air: The Ada Rovatti Band” takes place tonight (Friday) from 4 to 6 p.m. Jazz en Plein Air is a weekly series featuring live music on the Mildred C. Brinn Terrace. The performance is free with Museum admission.

“Alice Aycock: How to Catch and Manufacture Ghosts” takes place tonight (Friday) at 6 p.m. Dr. Robert Hobbs, author of Alice Aycock: Sculpture and Projects, will discuss how Aycock’s work portrays the “ghosts” created by the modern, technological world. The talk is $10, free for Members.

SARA NIGHTINGALE GALLERY - “What’s that Sheen?” by Cara Enteles has a “Meet the Artist” Reception tonight (Friday) from 4 to 8 p.m. and again on Saturday from 4 to 8 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through July 4.
