Columbus Day Weekend is bound to be a fun one in The Hamptons. The Hamptons International Film Festival returns to present screenings and events for five days. In addition, expect to find live music, a harvest party and more fun things to do. All take place through October 14, 2019.

1.  Hamptons International Film Festival

The Hamptons International Film Festival will take place in spots across The Hamptons from Thursday, October 10, through Monday, October 14, 2019. 

Screenings will be held in East Hampton at the Regal UA East Hampton Cinema, Guild Hall, Rowdy Hall, the East Hampton Library; in Sag Harbor at Bay Street Theater; and in Southampton at the Regal UA Southampton Theater and the Southampton Arts Center.

2.  Classical Music at the Parrish

The Parrish Art Museum presents its second "Salon Series" of the season on Friday, October 11, 2019, from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

The museum's concert program features clarinetist Maksim Shtrykov and pianist Misuzu Tanaka performing works by Felix Mendelssohn, Donato Lovreglio and Sergei Prokofiev. Both artists are graduates of The Juilliard School and have performed at prestigious venues including Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall, Germany’s Leipzig Gewandhaus and Japan’s Izumi Hall.

3.  "Bowls of Plenty" Offers Ceramics & Soup 

The Clay Art Guild of the Hamptons hosts its popular "Bowls of Plenty" lunch benefit at the Water Mill Museum on Saturday, October 12, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

Benefiting the Water Mill Museu, the event features handmade soups, bread, drinks and dessert served in handmade bowls donated by The Clay Art Guild. Tickets are $25 and includes a bowl to take home. The Water Mill Museum is located at 41 Old Mill Road, Water Mill, NY 11976.

4.  Wölffer Estate Annual Harvest Party

Wölffer is hosting its annual Harvest Garden Party on Saturday, October 12, 2019, from 12 to 4:30 p.m., at its vineyard in Sagaponack.

The family-friendly party will include dancing; Wölffer wines and ciders; and dishes by Palo Santo, Rolling in the Dough and Fresh Flavors. Guests can partake in barrel-rolling, grape-stomping, a wine-making relay race, pony rides, a petting zoo, hay rides and more activities for families and children.

General admission is $154 per person. Tickets are $85 for children ages 3-20. For children ages 0-3, there is no charge but a ticket is required for entry. Wine club members can enjoy $144 tickets per person. Tickets must be purchased in advance. Click here to reserve.
