Times Square Arts, the public art program of the Times Square Alliance, is the largest public platform for innovative contemporary performance and visual arts.  Since inception, Times Square Arts has featured works by a diverse group of more than five dozen prominent and emerging artists.

Times Square Arts presents art in the Times Square district on electronic billboards, in outdoor plazas and in eclectic indoor venues and passageways. Programming is presented throughout the year. Recurring programs include Midnight Moment and After Hours.

Midnight Moment presents a new selection each month that screens daily in a countdown to Midnight.

After Hours  is a series of installations and performances hidden amongst the Times Square district’s diverse venues, recorded for radio and video dissemination. Presented by the Times Square Alliance, the Clocktower Gallery & ARTonAIR.org, presentations pair musicians and artists in unique contexts to create works designed to draw on the neighborhood's history as a social and artistic melting pot. After Hours will happen once a month in April, May, June and July 2013 in partnership with the Clocktower Gallery  & ARTonAIR.org.  Each event is limited capacity and by invitation only. Times Square is located between Broadway (now a pedestrian plaza) and 7th Avenue and runs between West 42nd and 47th Streets.
