QUOGUE LIBRARY - "Anahi DeCanio: Unedited Abstractions" has an Opening Reception on Friday, September 8, 2017 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through September 30, 2017. Anahi DeCanio is a multi-disciplinary artist working in a variety of media, including collage and assemblage. ILLE ARTS - "Abstraction Today - Open Studio Tour" takes place on Saturday, September 9, 2017 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Amagansett, East Hampton and Springs. Visitors are invited to visit the studios of Perry Burns, Don Christensen, Denise Gale, Barbara Groot, Elaine Grove, John Haubrich, Janet Jennings, Dennis Leri, Jane Martin and Athos Zacharias.
The artist studio tour is sponsored by Ille Arts who will sell tickets at their art gallery on Friday, Sept. 8th, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, Sept. 9th, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. All-inclusive tickets are $20 and include a map to every studio.
