Art Openings this weekend unfold on both Forks with a new gallery in Greenport presenting abstract paintings by Outsider Artist Harald Olsen of Shelter Island. This is his first exhibition since his Chelsea show several years ago. Also on tap are a group show at Ashawagh Hall featuring Hamptons artists, and group shows opening in Sag Harbor and Southampton. EAST HAMPTON/SPRINGS 

ASHAWAGH HALL - “Four Points of View” has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 4 to 8 p.m. The exhibition will be on view on Saturday, from 10 am to 8 pm, and on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The show features works by Kirsten Benfield, Pingree Louchheim, Jerry Schwabe and Richard Udice. GUILD HALL - ARTIST TALK: “Short Stories and Other Embroideries” is the subject of an Artist Talk by exhibiting artist Christa Maiwald on Sunday from 2 to 3 p.m. Guild hall is located at 158 Main Street, East Hampton, NY 11937. www.guildhall.org.

GREENPORT   

THE TIMES VINTAGE SHOP & GALLERY - “Harald Marinius Olson” has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. The exhibition was curated by David Rankin. Olson is an outsider artists based on Shelter Island. This is the inaugural exhibition for the Times Vintage Shop & Gallery. The gallery is located at 429 Main Street, Greenport, NY.

SAG HARBOR

MONIKA OLKO GALLERY - “Landscape & Memories Meet Eclectic Mix” by Maria Schon and Justin Love” has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 5 to 8 p.m. The gallery is located at 95 Main Street, Sag Harbor, NY 11963. www.monikaolkogallery.com/index.html.

SOUTHAMPTON

SOUTHAMPTON CENTER - “AIA Peconic Exhibit” opens on Saturday with an Opening Reception and an Awards Ceremony on Saturday. The Reception begins at 5:30 p.m. The Awards Ceremony begins at 7 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through Dec. 1. It is open on Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 4 p.m.

“Daniel J. Rowen Memorial Awards” is for aarchitectural projects completed on the East End and for projects designed by East End Architects located throughout the world. For information on the Awards and Peconic AIA, visit www.aiapeconic.org.

SOUTHAMPTON HISTORICAL MUSEUM at ROGERS MANSION - “Downton Abbey Style in Southampton: 1900-1920” opens on Saturday and remains on view through April 26. The exhibition documents the fashions and lifestyle of the Southampton community from 1900-1920. Admission is $4 for non-members, free for members and children.
