Alex Ferrone Gallery in Cutchogue opens a new season of art with their fourth edition of the Spring into Collecting Exhibit on May 11, and will celebrate the artists with a free public reception on Saturday, May 18 from 6-8pm.

Presented for the fine art admirer and collector is an eclectic selection of works by fifteen regional artists from New York City and Long Island.  Artwork of diverse styles and varied techniques will be exhibited including traditional photography, mixed media, and sculptural photo constructions.   Numerous printing methods will also be showcased and include works on vellum with gold leaf, images on Dibond, Mylar, aluminum, and acrylic, as well as, hand-painted silver gelatin prints.  Artists will also have a selection of unframed limited edition prints available that will provide a varied price structure for the new buyer or the collector.
