Pearlroth House

The Pearlroth house was built in 1958 in Westhampton Beach, New York for Arthur and Mitch PearlRoth contacted the architect Andrew Geller to design an inexpensive, unusual beach house. Listed as one of the top 10 houses of the Hamptons by architectural historian Alastair Gordon for the New York Observer, the Pearlroth house has reached iconic status, inspiring designers and beach-goers alike. Today it is recognized as a paradigm of mid-century modern beach house architecture.

The Pearlroth House is currently being restored. Once the restoration project is completed the house will be available for tours by appointment.
