Nassau County Museum of Art preserves, enhances, and interprets its collections for the people of Long Island, the State of New York and beyond. The museum is dedicated to fostering a deeper understanding of the arts, with particular emphasis on the 19th, 20th, and 21st centuries; to enhancing and adding to its outdoor sculpture garden, to continuing to improve its historic gardens and to keeping an active schedule of exhibitions and educational programs for people of all ages and backgrounds.
