Art on Paper presents art March 7 to March 10, 2019 at Pier 36 at 299 South Street in lower Manhattan. An Opening Night Preview will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2019 from 6 to 10 p.m.

Quogue Gallery’s mission is to present a program of artistic excellence by showcasing the work of prominent, mid-career and emerging artists in the modernist tradition. Its core focus is on discovering and exhibiting figurative and abstract expressionist painters who are recognized historically as well as those of great promise who have fallen through cracks of history. Quogue Gallery has selected a range of its top artists to present at the popular art fair.

Since its founding in 2014, Quogue Gallery’s growing presence in the modern and contemporary art world has been acknowledged by the press. The gallery has been featured in many publications, including the New York Times, Beach Magazine, Hamptons Art Hub, Artnet News, Dan’s Paper, Southampton Press, and others. The gallery also has been recognized for the quality of its exhibitions by Hamptons Art Hub, Artnet News and other outlets.

Art on Paper is a fair to watch during Armory Show Week in New York. Featuring around 100 galleries, art collectors can expect to find the top modern and contemporary paper-based art, according to Art on Paper’s website. “Art on Paper's medium-driven focus lends itself to significant projects—unique moments that have set the fair apart and established an important destination for the arts in New York City,” according to art fair organizers.

The Brooklyn Museum is the Beneficiary Partner for this year’s Art on Paper Fair. Other cultural partners for the 2019 fair include three institutions from Long Island’s East End: the Hampton Classic Horse Show, based in Bridgehampton; the Parrish Art Museum in Water Mill; and the Watermill Center in Water Mill. Other Long Island cultural partners include the Art League of Long Island, Heckscher Museum, and Nassau County Museum of Art, among others.
