"Under the Sun" Outdoor Sculpture Exhibition
Artist Celebration: August 11, 2018 from 3 to 5 p.m. (On view until October 15, 2018)
Location: Lawn of the Arts Center at Duck Creek, 127 Squaw Road, Springs, East Hampton, NY
Organized by Loring Bolger, featuring sculptures works by Hamptons Artists.
The Arts Center at Duck Creek invites you to an Artist Celebration for the installation of 9 outdoor sculptures on the lawn of the John Little Barn at Duck Creek Farm in East Hampton, NY. Exhibiting artists in the "Under the Sun" outdoor sculpture exhibition will be on site to discuss their work and answer questions on Saturday, August 11, 2018 from 3 to 5 p.m. The Artist Celebration coincides with a Parrish Road Show Opening Reception taking place inside the Barn for the solo show "Jeremy Dennis: Stories—Dreams, Myths and Experiences."
Sculptures featured in "Under the Sun" include art by William King, Ted Tyler, Dennis Leri, Mica Marder, Elaine Grove, James DeMartis, Aurelio Torres, Michael Chiarello, Bill Kiriazis and Mary Antczak.
Duck Creek Farm lawn is open for viewing by the public from dawn until dusk. The Arts Center at Duck Creek is located on Squaw Road in East Hampton, NY, just off Three Mile Harbor/Hog Creek Road. The exhibition will remain on view through October 15, 2018.
