The Gallery Scene is buzzing this weekend in the Hamptons and East End. Don't miss the reception for "Fresh StART Collective" at RJD Gallery on Saturday, the 9th annual international juried exhibition benefiting The Retreat. Keyes Art returns and presents their first show in a new location in East Hampton, NY and Quogue Gallery opens for the season with its first show.

BRIDGEHAMPTON

RJD GALLERY - "Fresh StART Collective" has an Opening Reception on Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 6 to 8 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through June 4, 2018. The 9th annual juried exhibition features art chosen from over 70 entries across the globe. The show benefits The Retreat. THE WHITE ROOM GALLERY - "Positive Space" has an Opening Reception on Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 6 to 8 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through May 28, 2018. Artists on view were selected from an online juried contest. Participating artists include Seek One, StrosbergMandel, Cindy Press, Alicia Gitlitz. ALEX FERRONE GALLERY - "Spring Into Summer - The Print Edition" has an Opening Reception on Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 6 to 8 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through July 22, 2018. On view are photographic works by Linda K. Alpern, Karen Bell, Larry Davis, Colin Goldberg, Thomas Halaczinsky, Katherine Liepe-Levinson, Jim Sabiston, Steven Schreiber, Mac Titmus, and Alex Vignoli. EAST HAMPTON

THE CIRCLE - Keyes Art Presents "Hello" has an Opening Reception on Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 6 to 8 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through June 2, 2018. This Inaugural show at Keyes Art in it’s new location in East Hampton will feature works by gallery artists, including Bert Stern, Bill Claps, Nathan Slate Joseph, Darius Yektai, Ned Smyth, April Gornik, Larry Rivers, John Chamberlain, and Willem de Kooning. GRENNING GALLERY - "Bauman | Bretzke" has an Opening Reception on Saturday, March 19, 2018 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through June 17, 2018. On view are Stephen Bauman's drawings and paintings that are stylistically realistic while technically expressive, along with Carl Bretzke's paintings that evoke the feeling of a place. THE SPUR - Iron Gate East Presents "Unravelled Beauty" has an Opening Reception on Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 5 to 7 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through June 17, 2018. On view are recent works by Sydney Albertini, AM DeBrincat and Anthony Heinz May, artists who engage in "reverse processes" that incorporate dissection and assembly.
