The height of the Hamptons and East End benefit season may have passed, but there are still a few benefits left for enjoyment throughout September 2017. The Southampton Cultural Center celebrates 10 years of Center Stage with three benefit performances reviewing past musicals, the Southampton Historical Museum presents the annual Late Summer Cocktail Party on the lawn of the historic Rogers Mansion, the Birdhouse Auction is back presenting its eleventh edition and a Peconic Star Cruise Fundraiser will help support the Houston Food Bank in response to Hurricane Harvey.

Fantastick Promises: 10 Years of Center Stage

The Southampton Cultural Center presents the benefit “Fantastick Promises: 10 Years of Center Stage” on Friday, September 8, Saturday, September 9 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, September 10 at 5:30 p.m.

Center Stage at Southampton Cultural Center will celebrate their 10th Anniversary Season with three performances of Center Stage Sings: Fantastick Promises, a review of 14 Center Stage musicals presented from 2007 to date. Celebrating the cavalcade of musicals that Mr. Disher has directed over the past 10 years, Amanda Jones musically directs.

Tickets are $35 for general admission and $45 for ringside table seating. Southampton Cultural Center’s Levitas Center for the Arts is located at 25 Pond Ln, Southampton, NY 11968.

Late Summer Cocktail Party

The Southampton Historical Museum presents the “Late Summer Cocktail Party” on Saturday, September 9, 2017 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Enjoy hors d’oeuvres by The Golden Pear and an open bar by Herbert & Rist Liquor to celebrate the end of summer on the lawn of the 1843 Rogers Mansion, all while supporting the Museum’s education programs. Hosts for the Late Summer Cocktail Party are Marge Sullivan, chairperson of the board of trustees and Peter Hallock, museum advisor. Music by DJ Twilo.

Tickets are $60 before the event and $75 at the door with junior tickets (21-35 years old) being $35 in advance and $45 at the door. Located at 17 Meeting House Lane Southampton, New York.

Land & Sea Gala

The 28th Annual East End Maritime Festival presents the "Land & Sea Gala"on Friday, September 22, 2017 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Greenport Yacht & Shipbuilding Co. A VIP Early Access will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. and is an additional $50 per person.

The evening will feature local food, beverage tastings, dancing and an auction all to benefit the East End Seaport Museum & Marine Foundation. The “28th Annual East End Maritime Festival” will take place on Saturday, September 23, 2017, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Sunday, September 24, 2017,  from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., in spots throughout Greenport Village, Mitchell Park and The Marina.

11th Annual Birdhouse Auction

The “11th Annual Birdhouse Auction” will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Union Cantina (the old Publick House) in Southampton.

It has been three years since the auction was last held, and this year it will be held in memory of Don Saco, whose life has spanned two careers: sculptor and clinical psychologist. The auction will be benefiting Lucia’s Angels and The Coalition of Women’s Cancers at Southampton Hospital in its effort for the fight against breast cancer.

Enjoy passed hors d’oeuvres, a full bar and both a live and silent auction, with approximately 50 artists, who have donated their talents and creativity to help design a one of a kind birdhouse.

Peconic Star Cruise Fundraiser

The North Fork Promotion Council presents the fundraising “Sunset Cruise on the Peconic Star II” on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Profits will be donated to the Houston Food Bank in response to the current events in Texas caused by Hurricane Harvey. Every $1 provides a full day of meals to our neighbors in need in Southeast Texas. Enjoy an evening on the Peconic Bay honoring past presidents Neboysha Brashich, Joan Bischoff and thanking past Executive Director Abigail Field. The Cruise includes wine, beer, hors d'oeuvres and a raw bar. Cash bar also available.
