Last seen at the Sundance Film festival 2016, the Art & Music Lounge will be headquartered in Sag Harbor from October 6 – 10, 2016 in celebration of the 24th Annual Hamptons International Film Festival.  Presented by Patron Hosts, the Art & Music Lounge will be a hub for festival-goers between films and local Hamptonites to relax and experience curated contemporary art, music and daily programming exploring “The Art of the Narrative.”

Open to the public and hosted by the Monika Olko Gallery at 95 Main Street in Sag Harbor, Art & Music Lounge will be open daily from noon to 10 p.m. from October 6 – 10, 2016. Events include a book signing on Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m. by society and event photographer Patrick McMullan for his book "So80s: A Photographic Diary of A Decade."

New York City-based art curator, Natalie Kates, has transported the exhibition “The Art of The Narrative” from Manhattan. Featured artists include Jared Flaming, Antonio Romano, Beau Stanton, and Swoon, as well as renowned photorealism photographers Bob Gruen and Patrick McMullan of rock and roll and nightlife fame, respectively. Kates has curated numerous exhibitions and site-specific installations for the corporate and non-profit worlds including ArtWalkNY, Scope Foundation, Grandlife Hotels, Lower Eastside Girls Club, Design On A Dime and VH1.

Back by popular demand from Sundance, Kris Gruen, will curate the New Folk Rock music programming of afternoon and evening performances. Gruen and his New York based record label Mother West, in association with his longtime music collaborator Charles Newman, has performed at many festivals including Sundance, CMJ, SXSW and with Sean Lennon and Anais Mitchell.  His fourth album release is due in Fall 2016. Musical artists include Kris Gruen, Aloud, The Dupont Brothers and Billy Lewis Jr., who will be appearing at the upcoming NYC theatrical experience The Portal.

This fall, Art & Music Lounge is presented by PATRON HOSTS, a member-based, cultural network of philanthropic patrons who support the creative community by donating lodging in their homes for visiting filmmakers, touring actors, dancers, musicians, authors, and honored guests during recognized festivals, company tours, thought-leader conferences and major cultural events.
