SOUTHAMPTON ARTS CENTER - "East End Collected2" has an Artist's Talk on Sunday, June 5, 2016 at 2 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through June 12, 2016. The talk features exhibited artists Glen Hanson, Dalton Portella, Will Ryan, Mark Seidenfeld, Adam Straus, Barbara Thomas and Mark Webber. Each artist will present slides of their work followed by a brief Q&A with curator Paton Miller. ART GALLERY AT THE QUOGUE LIBRARY - "Surf's Up - Surfing as Art in Various Media" has an Opening Reception on Saturday, June 11, 2016 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Kurt Rist, surfer and owner of Hamptons Surf Co., will give a talk accompanied by a slideshow on the day of the Reception. The exhibition is on view from June 2 to 28. Works on view include fine art photography by Blair Seagram, Japanese ink drawings by Lutha Leahy-Miller and hand-painted and collaged works on surfboards by Greg Miller.
