QUOGUE

QUOGUE LIBRARY ART GALLERY - “Untamed Gardens: Paintings and Garden Sculpture” by Arlene Slavin has an Opening Reception on Saturday, May 7, 206 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through May 30. Slavin will show a series of abstracted landscape paintings as well as “Intersections,” or outdoor sculptures created with crisscrossed vinyl strips. ROMANY KRAMORIS GALLERY - "5th Annual Spring! Flowers & Fields" has an Opening Reception on Saturday, May 7, 2016 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through May 26, 2016. The show features landscapes and floral inspired paintings by local artists. SOUTHAMPTON ARTS CENTER - “East End Collected2” has an Opening Reception on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 5 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through June 12, 2016. The show, curated by artist Paton Miller, reflects his view that the East End area is the ideal environment for artists to create work and celebrates the local artist and art collecting community. For the fifth consecutive year, RJD Gallery will hold an art exhibition to benefit The Retreat, a non-profit domestic violence agency.
