Melissa Hin is the featured artist in a new exhibition at The White Room Gallery in Bridgehampton, N.Y. The show is on view from March 4 to 26, 2016 with an Opening Reception held Saturday, March 12, 2016 from 5 to 7 p.m. Also on view is a group show featuring contemporary art by artists based in The Hamptons and Long Island.
MELISSA HIN
Melissa Hin explores "the expression of emotion" in oil or acrylic via conceptual art, landscapes, figure painting, portrait art, and still life paintings. Her work has been exhibited at the Crazy Monkey Gallery in Amagansett and in galleries throughout New York. Her art can be found in numerous private collections.

In addition to her fine art, Melissa Hin is an illustrator and children's book author. She is currently signed with a publisher to produce two children's books, authored and illustrated by Hin, and will also illustrate a series of children's books written by a local author.
Melissa Hin teaches painting from her Miller Place studio and from the Phoenix Gallery in Bellport, N.Y. and offers "Create your own Masterpiece" painting events. In addition, Melissa Hin is a Brookhaven Arts and Humanities council board member and is a former President of the North Shore Art Guild.
