A JDTLab Staged Reading of I Married The Icepick Killer: A New Play by Carol Muske-Dukes takes place on Friday, March 11, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. The play is is a darkly humorous psychological drama about a marriage between an actor and a poet. The reading stars Caroline Kinsolving, Joe Pallister, Amanda Kristin Nichols, Lydia Franco-Hodges, Kate Mueth, and Josh Gladstone.

3. Caliente! Latin Night at Bay Street Theater

Caliente! Latin Night takes place on Friday, March 11, 2016 at Bay Street Theater. East End musical favorites Alfredo Merat, Mambo Loco, and Marcello-Ludmilla Brazil will perform. Attendees are invited to dance the night away to Salsa and Samba music.

4. Carnivorous Plants with Matt Kaelin at Bridge Gardens

Author, artist and carnivorous plant specialist Matt Kaelin will give a presentation on Carnivorous plants on Saturday, March 12, 2016 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Bridge Gardens. The presentation will include Kaelin's photography depicting the macabre beauty of carnivorous plants native to Long Island and other locales.
