SILAS MARDER GALLERY - Book Signing, Lecture and Exhibition Reception
U.K. garden designer Arne Maynard Lecture, Book Signing & Reception takes place in conjunction with his new book The Gardens of Arne Maynard. The Friday Lecture is sold out but the book signing and reception is open to the public, following the 4 p.m. talk. On Saturday, a second lecture will be held at 2 p.m. where Maynard discusses the 12 garden designs in his book. Both events take place in the Silas Marder Gallery. Proceeds support the Parrish’s year-round programs. Tickets start at $150 for museum members.
“Guided Tour of the Permanent Collection” takes place on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 2 to 3 p.m. The docent-led tour features highlights from the seven permanent collection galleries. Free with museum admission. Reservations suggested.
