Guild Hall museum was packed on Saturday evening when the art museum welcomed four new exhibitions during an Opening Reception on October 24, 2015. All four shows drew rapt attention from East Hampton museum goers with exhibiting artists Cornelia Foss, Walter Weissman and Stephanie Brody-Lederman drawing admiration and expressions of congratulations for their respective solo shows.
Art exhibited as part of a group show presenting selections from Guild Hall's permanent collection gave attendees much to consider from the diverse exhibition revealing sometimes unexpected artwork made in The Hamptons.
"Cornelia Foss," "Dancing with Truffaut: Stephanie Brody-Lederman," "Portraying Artists: Photographs by Walter Weissman," and "A Sense of Place: Selections from the Permanent Collection" all opened on October 24, 2015 remain on view through January 3, 2016.
