There are a lot of choices for art and culture lovers on the East End this weekend. On the list are multiple concerts, an Open Rehearsal by Resident Artist Amy Khoshbin at the Watermill Center, a Potters Market, a pop-up art exhibition in a Sag Harbor home by The White Room Gallery, Artist Talks, Book Signings and more. CLAY ART GUILD OF THE HAMPTONS on the grounds of the BRIDGEHAMPTON MUSEUM ARCHIVES - “Autumn Potters Market” takes place on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free. The Bridgehampton Museum Archives Building is located at 2539 Montauk Hwy, East Hampton, NY 11937.


ALEX FERRONE PHOTOGRAPHY GALLERY - “Globetrotting” has a Gallery Talk with the artists on Sunday from 1 to 3 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through November 15. Admission is free, reservations are required. Alex Ferrone Photography Gallery is located at 25425 Main Road, Cutchogue, NY 11935.

GUILD HALL - “The Met: Live in HD - Verdi’s OTELLO New Production” takes place on Saturday at 1 p.m. The performance is Directed by Bartlett Sher and Conducted by Yannick Nézet-Séguin. MONTAUK LIBRARY - “Funky Guajiros: Cuban Jazz” Concert takes place on Sunday at 3:30 p.m. Members of the Funky Guajiros include Yuniel Jimenez on Cuban tres guitar & vocals, Pedro Giraudo on bass & vocals and Jainardo Batista on vocals & percussion. Admission is free. The Montauk Library is located at 871 Montauk Hwy, Montauk, NY 11954.


30 WEST MAIN - Artist hosted Gallery Afternoon for "August Abstracts" will take place on Saturday,  October 17, 2015, from 1-4 pm. The exhibition continues through October 29, 2015 by appointment only by contacting East End Arts at 631-727-0900, or by contacting the individual artists through their websites. Thirty West Main is located at 30 West Main, Riverhead, NY 11901.

BAY STREET THEATER - “All Star Comedy Show” takes place on Friday at 8 p.m. The comedy show is hosted by Joseph Vecsey and includes Adrienne Iapalucci, Krystyna Hutchinson and Sergio Chicon. Admission is $25. Reserve your seat here

“GE Smith Live in Concert with Carter Burwell, Ralph Gibson, & Dan Rizzie” takes place on Saturday at 8 p.m. Admission is $35. Reserve your seat here

THE WHITE ROOM GALLERY and DOUGLAS ELLIMAN - "Pop-Up Exhibition" has an Open House & Reception at a Sag Harbor Home on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. The pop-up staged house exhibition remains on view through November 1. The White Room Gallery is based in Bridgehampton. The exhibition is located at 12 West Henry Street, Sag Harbor, NY 11963.


PARRISH ART MUSEUM - “Salon Series: Karén Hakobyan” takes place on Friday at 6 p.m. The intimate performance with composer and pianist Karén Hakobyan is $20, $10 for members. Reserve here

“Conversation & Book Signing: One Place, Two Decadestakes place on Saturday at 3 p.m. Charles Birnbaum, founder of The Cultural Landscape Foundation, will moderate a discussion with Scott Frances, Salvatore LaRosa, and Douglas Reed, who will sign copies of, One Place, Two Decades. Admission is $10, free for members. Reserve here

“Guided Tour of the Permanent Collection” takes place on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 2 to 3 p.m. The docent-led tour features highlights from the seven permanent collection galleries. Free with museum admission. Reservations suggested.

WATERMILL CENTER - “Open Rehearsal: Amy Khoshbin” takes place on Saturday from 7:30 to 9 p.m. Resident Artist Khoshbin and her Co-Director Liz McAuliffe will present The Myth of Layla, a performance piece set in the near future with the United States is at war with Iran. A Tour of The Building and Grounds takes place on Saturday from 2 to 3:30 p.m. The final tour of 2015 includes the building, grounds, gardens, library and permanent collection. Admission is free with a $10.00 suggested donation. Make a reservation here
