Art lovers rejoice: exhibition openings abound this weekend on the East End. Multiple exhibitions are scheduled to open in Amagansett, Bridgehampton, East Hampton and Sag Harbor. JACKSON CARRIAGE HOUSE - “Amagansett Art Across the Years” has an Opening Reception on Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through September 13 and benefits the Amagansett Historical Association. KARMA - “Popular Images” has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through September 7. ELISA CONTEMPORARY ART at THE DESIGN STUDIO - “Upcycle” has a Sake and Sweets Reception on Saturday from 4 to 6 p.m. Exhibiting artist Joseph Dermody will be on hand to discuss his art. The show remains on view through September 20. Upcycle celebrates Artwork created from all recycled materials. Artists on view include Joseph Dermody, Carole Eisner, Aurora Robson, Adriana Rostovsky and Cheryl Wassenaar. EAST HAMPTON HISTORICAL SOCIETY - “Right On! The Lennon Years: Photographs by Susan Wood 1968 – 1978” has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Mulford Farm Museum. ERIC FIRESTONE GALLERY - “All Killer No Filler” has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 6 to 9 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through September 6. GUILD HALL - "Roy Lichtenstein: Between Sea and Sky" has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 4 to 6 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through October 12. The show features over 30 works, including landscapes and seascapes, from 1960 to 1990.
"Keynote Lecture by Thomas Crow" takes place on Saturday from 3 to 4 p.m. to coincide with "Roy Lichtenstein: Between Sea and Sky." The lecture is free.

POLLOCK-KRASNER HOUSE & STUDY CENTER - “Elaine De Kooning Portrayed” has an Opening Reception and Panel Discussion on Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through October 31. The show features self-portraits, likenesses, and reflections on one of the New York School's most respected painters. The discussion includes Panelists Phyllis Braff, Regina Cherry, Connie Fox and Edvard Lieber and Moderator Helen A. Harrison. TRIPOLI GALLERY - “Darius Yektai: Touch Thoughts” has an Opening Reception this evening (Thursday) from 6 to 8 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through August 24. QUOGUE HISTORICAL SOCIETY - “Celebrate Art!” takes place on Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Quogue Field Club Junior Sports Clubhouse. EAST END ARTS - “jumpstART” takes place on Friday from 5 to 10 p.m. in downtown Riverhead. The evening of free public arts includes live music, poetry, dance, performances, murals, art installations and more. The rain date is Saturday, August 8.
