AMAGANSETT HISTORICAL SOCIETY’S JACKSON CARRIAGE HOUSE - “Coast By Coast: Intertidal Zone” has an Opening Reception on Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. Coast By Coast is a lifestyle collective inspired by the nomadic nature of the swim and surf culture. ILLE ARTS - “Eric Brown: Vice Versa” has an Opening Reception on Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through July 21. The show will include twelve recent oil paintings, all small-scale abstractions no larger than 18 x 24 inches, and a selection of oil and mixed-media works on paper completed within the past two years. ARTHAMPTONS - “Opening Night Preview Party” takes place this evening (July 2) from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Admission revenue benefits Guild Hall. On Sunday from 12 to 1p.m., Dr. Ruth Appelhof, Guild Hall Executive Director, will be honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award. ALLOUCHE GALLERY - “Americana Art Festival” has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 4 to 7 p.m. The exhibition features American pop culture iconography and symbolism, with works by Bernard Buffet, Keith Haring, Roy Lichtenstein, Paul Insect, Faile, Robert Longo, Ron English, Nick Georgiou, Mark Hogancamp and Romon Yang, among others. GUILD HALL - “Delectable Book Launch: Dinner With Jackson Pollock by Robyn Lea” takes place on Tuesday at 5 p.m. The event includes a Panel discussion with author Robyn Lea, Chef Michael Rozzi of The 1770 House, who helped recreate the recipes for the book, and Guild Hall Executive Director Ruth Appelhof, who lived, cooked and ate with Lee Krasner.
