June is finally here, and with that comes more of the Hamptons Benefit Season. If you are out in the East End plan to have a few more of your weekends booked up. All of these events will ensure a good time, and each one supports a worthy cause by helping raise money for Hamptons programs and non-profits. Here is our list of upcoming benefits for June.

June 13 (Saturday)

“American Heart Association’s 19th Annual Heart of the Hamptons Ball” will be taking place on the grounds of the Hayground School in Bridgehampton, NY on Saturday, June 13 from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. The theme this year is Glitz & Glamor.

The Heart of the Hamptons Ball, is a fun and elegant event focused on raising funds for the mission of the American Heart Association. Friends and colleagues from NYC, Long Island and the Hamptons enjoy the beautiful setting while eating delicious heart healthy foods, and drinking local wines. The evening will feature live music by The Time Square Orchestra, cocktail hour, a seated dinner catered by The Garden City Hotel, as well as a live & silent auction.

June 16 (Tuesday)

"Stir It Up" takes place on on Tuesday, June 16 at the Stephen Talkhouse. Doors open at 7 p.m. The event continues until 9:30 p.m.

The benefit for the Sax Leader Foundation is inspired by Sax's dream to open his own authentic stir fry shack. The benefit includes stir fry delicacies, a Chinese Auction, a cash bar, dancing and live music. There will be a guest performance by The Nancy Atlas Project. All proceeds from the benefit will support a member of the Long Island Community seeking drug or alcohol treatment.

June 19 (Friday)

“The Madoo Conservancy – “Much Ado About Madoo” takes place from Friday, June 19 through Saturday, June 20. This is the fifth annual Much Ado About Madoo Garden Market and Cocktail Party.

The Garden Cocktail Party and Garden Market Preview Sale takes place on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. Tickets are $150 for members and $200 for non-members. An exhibition of Robert Dash’s artwork will be in the Summer Studio. There will also be a live auction presented by Jamie Niven, including beautiful home and garden lots, artwork by Robert Dash, a children’s party at Madoo, and more.

On Saturday the Garden Market begins at 10 a.m. and is free for members and $20 for non-members. The market offers goods from 25 distinguished dealers. At 12 p.m. there will be a Talk in the Garden including a Luncheon and Conversation with Charlotte Moss the author of “Garden Inspirations” and Frances Schultz the author of “The Bee Cottage”. Tickets are $100 for members and $125 for non-members.

On Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m. there will be story telling and music time with Once Upon a Time at Madoo. The Aeolus Quartet will be performing. Tickets are $25 per person or $100 for a party of four.

June 20 (Saturday)

“The 20th Annual All Against Abuse presents A Roaring 20’s Summer Soirée.” The event takes place on Saturday, June 20 from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. at the Ross School Lower Campus Field House. The celebration benefits The Retreat. The mission of The Retreat is to provide safety, shelter, and support for the victims of domestic violence and to break the cycle of family violence.

There will be cocktails, cuisine by Chef Collette of Inn Spot on the Bay, silent and live auctions with Sara Friedlander of Christie’s, a wine ring toss, and the Award Presentations with guest speaker Amy Cerullo. Music will be by DJ MKL of Jarrell Entertainment.

June 27 (Saturday)

“East End Hospice Summer Gala” takes please on Saturday, June 27 at 7 p.m. at the Sandacres Estate in Quogue. Enjoy dinner, dancing, silent and live auctions and casino games! Robbins Wolfe Eventeurs will provide cocktails and dinner, with music by the Times Square Orchestra. Proceeds support the East End Hospice.

“Sylvester Manor’s Farm to Table Dinner” takes place on Saturday, June 27 with local wines, specialty cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at 6:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 8 p.m. Music by the creekside bonfire will cap off the evening. The 4th annual Farm to Table Dinner celebrates the transformation of Sylvester Manor as they honor their history and celebrate the future. Proceeds help, cultivate, preserve, and share Sylvester Manor’s lands, buildings, and stories with the community.

Tickets range from $750 to $1,000 each. A table that seats 10 is $10,000, and a table that seats 12 ranges from $15,000 to $25,000. For more information, or to purchase tickets or tables, visit www.sylvestermanor.org.

June 28 (Sunday)

“Jazz for Jennings” takes place on Sunday, June 28 from 12:30 to 4 p.m. at the Watermill Center. This Jazz Brunch honors the late ABC News anchor Peter Jennings and honors his memory and unwavering support of the Bridgehampton Child Care & Recreational Center. Twelve of the world’s finest jazz musicians, including Christian McBride, Jon Faddis, Eric Reed, and Delfeayo Marsalis, will perform under a tent during a memorable afternoon at the Watermill Center.

“Eileen's Angels Art Auction and Garden Party” will take place on Sunday, June 28 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Estia’s Little Kitchen in Sag Harbor.

Honoring Eileen Roaman, a champion of Springs School’s after-school program Project MOST, who sought to give children a creative, educational after-school environment to learn to grow and understand what they eat.

Food and beverages are being donated by some of the best in the Hamptons, including Balsam Farms, Cavaniola’s Cheese & Gourmet, Channing Daughters, Estia’s Little Kitchen, Joe & Liza’s Ice Cream, Macari Vineyards and Wolffer Vineyeards. Live music will be provided by Citris, with DJ Carlos Lama.

An Art Auction will be featured on Paddle 8. The roster of artists includes Cindy Sherman, Eric Fischl, April Gornik, David Salle, Clifford Ross, Mary Heilmann, Toni Ross, Paton Miller, and Billy Rayner among the 30+ artists participating.

All proceeds will sustain and dedicate the Eileen Roaman Greenhouse at Springs Seedlings and Project MOST out of school programs.
