The brand new White Room Gallery on Main Street in Bridgehampton had its Grand Gallery Opening on Saturday, May 9.
Large crowds attended the official opening and enjoyed live music by Mama Lee and Friends. Art lovers viewed the current hanging group show of contemporary artists featuring Eric Ernst, Jim Gingerich and Sally Breen. The show will be on view through Memorial Day Weekend.
This new unique venue opened by Andrea McCafferty, with partners Sally Breen and Daniel Schoenheimer, is designed to exhibit local as well as visiting, and established artists and bring emerging talent to the community. Andrea had previously run the recently closed Crazy Monkey Gallery in Amagansett.
Artists also currently on view include: Andrea McCafferty, Barbara Bilotta, Franco Cuttica, Bobbie Braun, Dennis Leri, Kat O’Neill, Savio Mizzi, Melissa Hin, Dianne Marxe, Ruby Jackson, Mark Zimmerman, Ellyn Tucker, Daniel Schoenheimer, Eleanora Kupencow, Mark Seidenfeld, Beth O’Donnell, Bryan Greene, Helena Alves, June Kaplan, Bob Tucker, Ted Dimond, Anna Franklin, Richard Mothes, Corinne Strauss, Nadine Daskaloff, and Clare Schoenheimer.
