Art on the East End continues to thrive with exhibition receptions, talks and concerts. Saturday boasts a a bundle of art events including an Opening Reception for Janice Melman and Emerson Woelffer at Quogue Gallery as well as a Reception for Street artists Sen2 and Reso at Lawrence Fine Art. ILLE ARTS - “James Greco” has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through June 9. Greco will show a new series of work that ranges from small explorations to large-scale paintings using oil paints, house paints and other mixed media on panel. ARTED HOUSE 2015 - “Cole Sternberg: A Moment Near the Sea” has an Opening Reception by RSVP on Saturday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The exhibition opens on Monday, May 25 remains on view through June 7. Sternberg will turn a private East Hampton Residence into a 2 week site-specific gallery installation. LAWRENCE FINE ART - “Sen2 and Reso: Hard Edge” has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m. Both Street artists began their careers spray painting subway trains and city walls. In this exhibition Sen2 will present works exploring pop references, graffiti style and calligraphy. Reso will present works approaching near-geometric abstraction and exploring typography and letter forms. POLLOCK-KRASNER HOUSE AND STUDY CENTER - “Neil Noland: Sculpture of the 1980s” has an Opening Reception and Gallery Talk on Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through August 1. The memorial show includes clay wall pieces and steel sculpture. ERIC FIRESTONE GALLERY at THE SURF LODGE - “Jen Stark” has an Opening Reception on Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m. Jen Stark is known for her meticulously assembled, colorful paper constructions and large-scale painted murals. For this exhibition, Stark has installed a 90-square-foot hanging sculpture in the Surf Lodge. This is the inaugural collaboration of Eric Firestone Gallery with the artist residency program at The Surf Lodge. MONTAUK LIBRARY - “Images of America: Montauk” Book Launch and Photo Exhibit Opening takes place on Saturday beginning at 6 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through Labor Day. The Gallery Opening takes place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. followed by a Slide Presentation & Discussion from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. The presentation will be given by Robin Strong, archivist and co-author of Images of America: Montauk. QUOGUE GALLERY - “Janice Melman: Shifting Tides” and “Emerson Woelffer: Works on Paper” have an Opening Reception on Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through June 22. Mehlman will show works melding architectural structures with photography. Woelffer will show ‘Abstract Surrealist’ works incorporating bold use of pure color, line and shape. EAST END ARTS at DOWNTOWN RIVERBED - "19th Annual Community Mosaic Street Painting Festival" takes place on Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. The festival includes street painting (chalk art), a fine arts and crafts fair, live music, food trucks, dance, theater, children's activities and more. SHELTER ISLAND PUBLIC LIBRARY - “A Portrait of Walter” has an Opening Reception on Friday from 6 to 7 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through May 31. The exhibition centers around the history of Walter Black’s WWII Military career. Medals, memorabilia and more will be on view. Visitors are invited to share their story of a loved one who has been affected by war on the bulletin board in the gallery. PARISH ART MUSEUM - “Sounds of Summer: The HooDoo Loungers” takes place on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. The nine-piece New Orleans jazz band performance is free with museum admission. Sounds of Summer concerts take place on Fridays throughout the summer.

“Guided Tour of the Permanent Collection” takes place on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. The docent-led tour features highlights from the seven permanent collection galleries. Free with museum admission. Reservations suggested.

WATERMILL CENTER - “Saturdays @ WMC with the Shinnecock Nation” takes place on Saturday from 1 to 6 p.m. The afternoon begins with a tour of the Watermill Center grounds at 1 p.m. followed by a special workshop at 3 p.m. led by Shane Weeks, prominent member of the local Shinnecock Nation and upcoming artist-in-residence at the Watermill Center. The workshop will explore the craft and culture of native dream catchers as well as Shinnecock dance practices. The workshop will be followed by an outdoor reception. WESTHAMPTON BEACH PERFORMING ARTS CENTER - “Meryl Spiegel: Crossing Over” has an Artist Reception on Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through July 6.
