Art openings, artist talks, artists in conversation, live music and the first busy weekend of benefits are all up for grabs this weekend. The art fun gets started tomorrow and continues through Wednesday. Following is this week's list of art and culture to help plan your schedule.

TONIC ARTSPACE at THE JACKSON CARRIAGE HOUSE - “GRAND ROYALE” has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 6 to 9 p.m. The exhibition remains on view on weekends through July 12. ARTISTS AGAINST ABUSE at THE ROSS SCHOOL - “Midsummer Night Fever” takes place on Saturday from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. The event benefits The Retreat’s domestic violence services. ERIC FIRESTONE GALLERY - “#highfunctioningADD @donalddrawbertson” has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 6 to 9 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through June 30. The solo show by Donald “Drawbertson” Robertson will feature paintings, collages, sculptures, and collaborations. GUILD HALL - "SummerDoc #1: Life Itself" will screen on Saturday at 8 p.m. The event is hosted by Alec Baldwin. Tickets are $23 Reserved seating, $21 Members.

"Leonard Bernstein: Reaching for the Note" will screen on Sunday at 6 p.m. The event is presented by Guild Hall and the Choral Society of the Hamptons. Tickets are $20, $18 for members of Guild Hall or the Choral Society.

THE DRAWING ROOM - "Conversation with the Artists" takes place on Sunday at 11:30 a.m.  Jean Pagliuso and Toni Ross discuss their simultaneous solo shows on view. “Fragile Remains II” by Jean Pagliuso and “Contained.Unbound.” by Toni Ross remain on view through Monday. VERED GALLERY - Artist Talk & Film Screening. Lili Almong discusses her current show on view, "Down to Earth” on Saturday from 4 to 7 p.m. A 25-minute documentary about Almong will screen every hour beginning at 3 p.m. at the gallery. The exhibition remains on view through June 30. Almong’s current series of photographs feature landscapes utilizing satellite imagery combined with her own drawings. THE MONTAUK LIBRARY - “Spring Concert Series: The Kobayashi-Siepkes Duo” will take place on Sunday from 3:30 to 5:00. The Duo will perform on violin and piano including works by Mozart, Ysaya, Bartok, Grieg, and Schumann.The event is free. RIVERHEAD

BENEFIT FOR PERFORMANCE SPACE - "Celebration of Spalding Gray and Performance Space 122's New Building" takes place on Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. at a private home in Sag Harbor. Tickets are $122 and include cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. Hosting the celebration are Jonathan Ames, Alec Baldwin, Mike Daisey, Mercedes Ruehl and Kathie Russo (Spalding Gray's widow). SHINNECOCK MUSEUM - "13th Annual Strawberry Harvest Festival" takes place on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The festival includes children's games and storytelling, live dance performances, traditional skills demonstrations, and tours of the museum and a Shinnecock village reconstruction. PARRISH ART MUSEUM - “Soft Footprints: Projects by SO - IL” takes place on Friday at 6 p.m. The architectural session is hosted by architect Maziar Behrooz. SO i IL co-founders Florian Idenburg and Jing Liu will participate in a Q&A and discuss their inspirations and their approach to creating art spaces. SOUTHOLD HISTORICAL SOCIETY - “Jim & The Girls: Paintings Created at Gail Starkie’s Art Classes” has an Opening Reception on Thursday, June 26 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. The exhibition continues through June 30. The exhibition is presented in the memory of Jim Murphy, a student in Gail Starkie’s acrylics art class at the Southold Recreation center since 2008. Works on view are an accumulation of student work from the past few years along with several of Starkie’s works.
