It's a quiet one on the East End as people hunker down with holiday plans and the winter slowdown in the arts begins to take hold. Guild Hall museum is open from Friday to Sunday only through June. The Parrish Art Museum is open daily (except for Tuesdays) year-round. On Friday, the Parrish holds a Mid-Winter Dance Party and provides the sole public art event on the East End for this weekend.

PARRISH ART MUSEUM - Mid-Winter Dance Party "Into the Light" will be held on Friday beginning at 6 p.m. Tropical theme including limbo contest, hula hooping, tropical videos and music by DJ Mister Lama.
