BRIDGEHAMPTON, NY-
artMRKT Hamptons opened with panache during consecutive Preview Openings on July 11. Doors opened with a benefit for LongHouse Reserve. Immediately following, the fair's Opening Night Party launched the 2013 edition. The party was curated by Norwood, a private arts club in New York City, with drinks courtesy of Absolut.
artMRKT Hamptons fine tuned their fair for this year, presenting beneath a single building with wide aisles, a separate VIP pavalion and an outside food court with gourmet food trucks. This year, the fair entrance is within the Bridgehampton Historic Society grounds with most visitors accessing from Corwith Avenue. Along Main Street, an additional entrance presents multiple outdoor installations and a covered walkway leads to the art fair entrance.
