The Hamptons and East End art scenes get back to business now that the art fairs have finished their runs. This weekend sees a slew of Art Talks including those by Peter Beard, Andrea Grover and exhibiting artists. Read on to discover our picks for some of the best ways to spend your time in The Hamptons and on the North Fork with our list of weekend things to do.

1. Exhibition Opening - "MirrorMirror" at Eric Firestone Gallery

Eric Firestone Gallery opens its second group show of the summer on Friday night with "MirrorMirror" presenting art that experiments with reflective surfaces, the alternate worlds returned in its reflection and double images. Exhibiting artists include Slater Bradley, Sara Braman, Sebastian Errazuriz, Rogan Gregory, Sven Lukin, Ryan Metke, Josh Reames, Miriam Schapiro, Adam Parker Smith, Mimi Smith, Mia Fonssagrives-Solow, Jen Stark, Letha Wilson and Rob Wynne. 2. Curator’s Talk on “Radical Seafaring” at the Parrish

Exhibition Curator Andrea Grover presents an intimate conversation on "Radical Seafaring" during a Curator’s Talk and exhibition tour on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 11 a.m. The exhibition presents a survey of artists engaging water to make their work. 3. Artist Talk and Reception - Photographs by Andrea Tese in Greenport

New York City fine art photographer Andrea Tese presents an Artist Talk on Saturday, July 16, 2016, from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at the Opening Reception of her solo show "Inheritance" at the Greenport Theater in Greenport Village. Tese's work focuses on legacy and impermanence and creates new histories through the manipulation and documentation of chosen surroundings which she then constructs. The pop up exhibition is presented by East End Arts. The series was exhibited in New York City at the De Buck Gallery in Chelsea. Greenport Theater is located at 211 Front Street, Greenport, NY 11944. www.eastendarts.org.

4. Exhibition Opening - "Before Sunset" opens at KARMA

KARMA in Amagansett opens its second show in a three-part series this weekend. "Before Sunset" has an Opening Reception on Saturday, July 16, 2016 from 6 to 8 p.m. Artists on view include Jane Freilicher, Mary Heilmann, David Hockney, Edward Hopper, Walter Price and Rita Ackermann. The series examines art that explores our changing relationship to the landscape. Karma is located at 249 Main Street, Amagansett, NY 11930. www.karmakarma.org.

5. Interior Design Talk

Pamela Fiori hosts a talk with interior designer and author Jonathan Adler on Sunday, July 17, 2016 at 11 a.m. Titled "Inside the Hamptons (Literally!)", Adler will reveal the fun he's having as a designer. Adler began his career in 1993 as a potter and then branched out into products, home furnishings (he has 28 retail stores worldwide) and hotel design (his most recent project is Eau, a luxury hotel in Palm Beach). His books include My Prescription for Anti-Depressive Living; Jonathan Adler on Happy Chic Colors and 100 Ways to Happy Chic Your Life. Book signing to follow. 6. Peter Beard Gallery Talk

Photographer Peter Beard discusses his solo exhibition "Peter Beard: Last Word from Paradise" on Sunday, July 17, 2016 at 2 p.m. with Christina Mossaides Strassfield, Museum Director/Chief Curator. The exhibition is Beard's first museum show in 15 years. 7. Monday Extra: Painter Talk on Art in the Digital Age at South Street Gallery

On Monday, July 18, 2016 at 6 p.m., artist Duane Keiser discusses being a painter in the digital age and shares his take on the current and future state of the internet and social media as it relates to the artist. Keiser is an innovator behind the ‘A Painting A Day’ phenomenon, where artwork produced on the easel is immediately offered on eBay in their auction setting. This process has garnered him press from USA Today, The New York Times, and The Huffington Post. Keiser has earned international acclaim and a loyal following. Admission is $25.
