Find your party clothes because July has arrived! July is the height of the Hamptons benefit season and there's plenty of attention on the arts. Sometimes benefits raise money for art or cultural organizations or campaigns that benefits artists. Other times, art is part of the fundraising fun. Annual July art galas not to miss include parties for The Parrish, LongHouse Reserve, Watermill Center, Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation and Bay Street Theatre.

Benefit galas take place across the East End. Following is the full list of parties with a good cause in July:

JULY 5, 2014 (Saturday) 

SOUTHAMPTON HISTORICAL MUSEUM - “Halsey House Gala” takes place on July 5 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Halsey House in Southampton, NY. The gala includes live music, heavy hors d’oeuvres, an open bar, the 3rd NY Regiment in colonial costume, and a silent auction. Tickets are $125 in advance and $150 at the door. Proceeds benefit the Southampton Historical Museum’s Education Programs. The Halsey House is located at 249 Main Street, Southampton, NY 11968. www.southamptonhistoricalmuseum.org

JULY 11, 2014 (Friday) 

SUNY STONY BROOK - “Clams for Clams” takes place on July 11 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the Marine Sciences Center on the Stony Brook Southampton college campus in Southampton, NY. A sunset cruise on Shinnecock Bay will take place at 7 p.m. Proceeds will go towards building clam sanctuaries to enhance clam reproductive output, increase water quality, and help control algae blooms. Tickets range from $150 to $10,000. R.S.V.P is required by July 7 at www.stonybrook.edu/clamsforclams. JULY 12, 2014 (Saturday)

BAY STREET THEATRE - "23rd ANNUAL SUMMER GALA” takes place on July 12 at 6 p.m. on The Long Wharf in Sag Harbor, NY. The event includes a VIP cocktail reception and awards presentation at the theater followed by cocktails and a silent auction at the tent at 7 p.m. and dinner and dancing at 8 p.m. Proceeds benefit Bay Street Theatre’s educational and theatrical programs. The Long Wharf is located in Sag Harbor, NY 11963. www.baystreet.org

SOUTHOLD HISTORICAL SOCIETY - "11th Annual Summer Fundraiser” takes place on July 12 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Brecknock Hall in Greenport, NY. The event includes music, a wine and beer bar, finger foods, a buffet dinner, and a silent auction. The event honors Peggy Murphy. Tickets are $75 and can be purchased at the Southold Historical Society Office or at the gate the day of the event. PARRISH ART MUSEUM - “Midsummer Party” takes place on July 12 from 6:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. at the museum in Water Mill, NY. The benefit includes cocktails at 6:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 7:30 p.m. and an After Ten Party from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. The event honors Inga Maren Otto and Katharina Otto-Bernstein. Proceeds benefit the Parrish Art Museum. The Parrish Art Museum is located at 279 Montauk Hwy, Water Mill, NY 11976. www.parrishart.org.

JULY 19, 2014 (Saturday) 

KB MARTIN STUDIOS - "The Greenport Skatepark Benefit" takes place on July 19 beginning at 6 p.m. The art show benefit features the work of Berges Alvarez, CJ Ramone, Karl Alvarez, Andre A Worwell, Michael Wildwood, Scott Reynolds, Jesse Mosher, Silvia Hommert, Pheos, Colin Goldberg, and more. Participating artists will receive a blank skateboard as a canvas. There will also be live music. A portion of the proceeds will benefit maintenance and other improvement projects at the Greenport Skatepark. LONGHOUSE RESERVE - “White Hot + Blue 2” takes place on July 19 beginning at 6 p.m. at LongHouse Reserve in East Hampton, NY. The event includes cocktails and a silent auction at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 8 p.m. and dessert and a music party at 10 p.m. The event honors Agnes Gund and Cindy Sherman. JULY 21, 2014 (Monday) 

STONE CREEK INN - "Giving is Always in Fashion" takes place on July 21 beginning at noon. The event includes a Luncheon and a Strolling Fashion Show. Tickets are $125 per person. The event benefits East End Hospice and Camp Good Grief. The Stone Creek Inn is located at 405 Montauk Highway, East Quogue, NY 11942. www.eeh.org.

JULY 24, 2014 (Thursday) 

MAUREEN'S HAVEN- “Maureen’s Haven Lobster Bash: Disco Style” takes place on July 24 from 6 to 10 p.m. at Docker's Waterside in East Quogue, NY. The event benefits Maureen’s Haven, a Homeless Outreach non-profit organization serving the East End. Docker’s Waterside is located at 92 Dune Road, East Quogue, NY 11942. www.maureenshaven.org.

QTHERAPY TREATMENT SCHOLARSHIPS - "The Arts Against Addiction" Fundraiser takes place on July 24 at Ashawagh Hall in East Hampton, NY. Begins at 6 p.m. A free viewing of the art and "curious objects" takes place from noon to 3 p.m. on July 24. The fundraiser features an art auction, raffle of "Curious Objects", live music and performances with music by DJ John Lockwood and the Dick Johansson Band plus comedy by Peter Elfant.  Tickets are $32 and can be purchased at the door (if available) or online at www.qtherapy.tix.com. This event is expected to sell out. The non-traditional fundraiser raises money for treatment scholarships for creatives. JULY 26, 2014 (Saturday) 

RUSH PHILANTHROPIC ARTS FOUNDATION - “15th Annual Art For Life Gala” takes place on July 26 with cocktails at 6 p.m. and dinner at 7 p.m. at Fairview Farms in Bridgehampton, NY. The event benefits the Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation’s mission to provide art education opportunities for youths and exhibition opportunities to emerging artists. RESCHEDULED FROM JULY 26 TO AUGUST 30 - PECONIC GREEN GROWTH - “Art for Green’s Sake!!!” takes place on July 26 from 7 to 10 p.m. August 30 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Poquatuck Hall in Orient, NY. Tickets are $15 and $20 and are available at the door. The event benefits Peconic Green Growth. A pre-auction bid party will take place on July 12 at 5 p.m. at Art Sites in Riverhead. The event includes cocktails at 6 p.m, art installations, performances, a silent auction, dinner at 8 p.m, a live auction, and dancing. The event honors Shaikha Paula Al-Sabah. JULY 31, 2014 (Thursday)

PONQUOGUE BEACH - "All for the Bays Concert" takes place on July 31 at 6 p.m. at Ponquogue Beach in Hampton Bays, NY. The event is hosted by the Hamptons Visitors Council. The concert features Rick Derringer, LA Woman, and Dub Steady. Tickets are $20. A VIP ticket can be purchased for $200, allowing access to a pre-concert meet and greet with the concert's musical guests at Dockers on Dune Road in East Quogue, NY from 4 to 6 p.m. Proceeds benefit The Southampton Town Trustee Bay Replenishment Fund.
