Art is still hopping in the Hamptons. On Saturday, all eyes turn toward Guild Hall museum as it opens three new exhibitions. Watermill Center continues its artist in residency public rehearsal series on Saturday and the Parrish offers the next installment of its classical music concert series on Friday. Meanwhile, new art exhibitions continue to open in Amagansett. Following is the full list of art and culture for this weekend.

AMAGANSETT 

NEOTERIC FINE ART - “Chief Saint” by Davis Murphy has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 6 to 9 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through Nov. 20. The manipulated fiberglass figures will be displayed in the gallery’s patio and backyard. The gallery is located at 208 Main Street, Amagansett, NY 11930. www.neotericfineart.com.

SYLVESTER AT HOME - “Weathered Landscapes” by Roisin Bateman has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 5 to 8 p.m. Bateman will exhibit abstract pastel drawings exploring the effects of weather upon the landscape. EAST HAMPTON / SPRINGS 

GUILD HALL - “Tracing Moran’s Romanticism & Symbolism” has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through Jan. 5, 2014. The exhibition includes works by American landscape painter Thomas Moran as well as some of his sources of inspiration.

GUILD HALL - “Landscape Selections from the Permanent Collection” has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through Jan. 5, 2014. The exhibition includes work by 20th century artists from the museum’s collection.

GUILD HALL - “Christa Maiwald: Short Stories and Other Embroderies” has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through Jan. 5, 2014. Maiwald was the winner of the 73rd Annual Guild Hall Members Exhibition (2011).

WATERMILL

PARRISH ART MUSEUM – “Salon Series: Performance by Inna Faliks” takes place on Friday at 6 p.m. as a part of the museum’s new classical music series. The pianist’s program will include works by Chopin, Zhurbin, and Schumann. Admission is $20, $10 for members. The museum is located at 279 Montauk Hwy, Water Mill, NY 11976. www.parrishart.org.

WATERMILL CENTER - “VisionIntoArt: AGING MAGICIAN” will be presented on Saturday at 4 p.m. Director/Designer Julian Crouch, Librettist/Performer Rinde Eckert, and Composer Paola Prestini will read sections from the libretto of the music-theatre work. They will also create a scene based on their work created during residency at the Watermill Center. Reservations are required.
