This weekend sees a few group shows worth noting. Included is East End Art's "Winners Show" that presents work by all of the first place winners of juried shows held in 2012. Plein Air Peconic presents its annual landscape exhibition at Ashawagh Hall this weekend. The show benefits Peconic Land Trust and its conservation efforts. Following is the full list of exhibitions opening this weekend on the East End.
AMAGANSETT
CRAZY MONKEY GALLERY - “June Kaplan” and “Lance Corey” opens today (Thursday) and has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through Oct. 27. EAST HAMPTON/SPRINGS
ASHAWAGH HALL - “Plein Air Peconic VIII” has an Artist Reception on Saturday from 5 to 8 p.m. The exhibition is on view on Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The exhibition includes paintings and photographs of East End landscapes. Participating artists include Casey Chalem Anderson, Susan D’Alessio, Aubrey Grainger, Michele Margit, Gordon Matheson, Joanne Rosko, Kathryn Szoka and Keith Mantell. A percentage of sales will be donated to the Peconic Land Trust. Ashawagh Hall is located at 780 Springs Fireplace Rd, Springs, NY 11937. www.ashawagh-hall.org.

THE DRAWING ROOM - “Robert Dash” has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through Nov. 4. Works on view include pastels from the artist’s series Blue Hill.
“Chuck Holtzman” has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through Nov. 4. Works on view include drawings and wall architecture.

QUOGUE
QUOGUE LIBRARY – “Shadowplay - Mixed Media by Michael Yurick” opened on Sept. 30 and remains on view through Oct. 29. Yurick will exhibit photographic montages, mixed media constructions, and his “Rising Sky” series of abstracted landscapes and wood sculptures. RIVERHEAD
EAST END ARTS - “The Winners’ Show” has an Opening Reception on Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through Nov. 1. The show features Best in Show artists from 2012 Juried Gallery shows. Works on view include paintings, photography, sculpture, and poetry. Participating artists include Jan Culbertson, Jim Gemake, Toby Haynes, Katherine Liepe-Levinson, Elizabeth Malunowicz, Christina Nalty, Cynthia Parry, Karen Schulte, and Anne Seelbach. 4 NORTH MAIN GALLERY – “Judy Clifford: Collecting Nautilus Shells” has an Opening Reception on Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. The exhibition remains on view through Oct. 8. PARRISH ART MUSEUM – “Salon Series: Steven Lin” takes place on Friday at 6 p.m. as a part of the museum’s new classical music series. The pianist’s program will include works by Beethoven, Mendelssohn, Chopin, and Liszt. Admission is $20, $10 for members.
