Nicholas Ridiculous is the latest comic strip to come from the mind of Mickey Paraskevas. Teaming up with his sister, Judy Paraskevas, the pair are introducing Nicholas Ridiculous to their growing publications and creative projects.
EXTRA INFO: Mickey Paraskevas is an artist, illustrator, television producer, animator and writer. His illustrations have been published in Time, Sports Illustrated, Newsweek, Town and Country, Esquire, The Washington Post, The New York Times and others.
His well-known series include The Green Monkeys (comic strip and children’s books), Junior Kroll (comic strip and children’s books) and Maggie and the Ferocious Beast (television series on Nick, Jr.) and others. He created and published over 22 books with his mother, Betty Paraskevas (1929-2010).
Judy Paraskevas is Mickey’s twin sister. The pair has three children’s books in development. They include Squeaks and Sniffles, Cowbear, and Nicholas, Don’t Be Ridiculous.
