There are plenty of art exhibitions opening this weekend. In case you were looking for a guide to help find them, here is this week's Art Round Up:

BRIDGEHAMPTON

BRIDGE GARDENS - "Uncommon Grounds III" has its opening reception on Sat from 6 to 8:30 p.m. The group outdoor sculpture exhibition includes works by Kevin Barrett, Joel Perlman, Michael Enn Sirvet, Wendy Lehman and more. It remains on view through Sept 9. KATHRYN MARKEL FINE ARTS GALLERY- "Eric Blum, Dan Gualdoni, and Annie Wildey: New Paintings" opened on July 17 and remains on view through Aug 2. No opening is being held. The exhibition presents paintings that are linked through color (gray) and monochromatic tones. The gallery is located 2418 Montauk Hwy, Bridgehampton, NY. www.markelfinearts.com. SAG HARBOR WHALING & HISTORICAL MUSEUM - "For The Birds" has an opening reception on Sat from 6 to 8 p.m. The group show presents art inspired by birds made by historic and contemporary artists. The show was curated by Peter Marcelle of the Peter Marcelle Gallery in Bridgehampton. EAST HAMPTON/SPRINGS 

LONGHOUSE RESERVE - Summer Benefit Gala & Auction takes place on Sat beginning at 6 p.m. Attire: "Compose yourself in white + black + yellow." Art auction includes works by Dale Chihuly, Mary Ellen Bartley, Tulla Booth, Stephanie Brody Lederman and more. The event honors Dorothy Lichtenstein and Robert Wilson, with a Toast to Jack Larsen for his 85 birthday. Tickets are $350 for cocktails. Dinner tickets begin at $750. The gala is held on the grounds of LongHouse Reserve, 133 Hands Creek Road, East Hampton, NY. http://longhouse.org/

THE JEWISH CENTER OF THE HAMPTONS - “Art in the Yard" - Sale and Festival has a preview cocktail party on Sat and art sale on Sun. Festivities include an art sale, food, and children’s crafts. Held on the grounds of The Jewish Center of the Hamptons, 44 Woods Lane, East Hampton, NY. www.jcoh.org. ASHAWAGH HALL - “MID WEEK ART AT ASHAWAGH HALL” will be held on Tues, Jul 24, (noon to 9 p.m.) and Wed, Jul 25 (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.) A reception will be held on Tuesday beginning at 5 p.m. Exhibiting artists include John Todaro, Cynthia Loewen, Phyllis Chillingworth, Anahi DeCanio, and Deborah Anderson. SPRINGS COMMUNITY PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH - “Selling Your Art" from The Business of Art Seminar Series by Jane Martin” takes place today (Friday) from 5 to 7 p.m. Topics include the variety of ways that art can be sold. This includes galleries, consultants, interior designers, art fairs and more. This is the final installment of the four-part series. The church is located at 5 Old Stone Hwy, East Hampton, NY. THE COMMUNITY ARTS PROJECT  - "The Oarsman's Library"  ("a hands-on exploration into artists books") will be presented by Barry McCallion on Sat from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Springs Community Presbyterian Church. A donation of $10 is requested to benefit the church and the local food pantry. ERIC FIRESTONE GALLERY - "ALL FOR YOU" opened with a reception on July 15. The group show continues through Aug 5.
